- Crystal Light with diet soda. It gives the soda a fun fruit taste but you can't tell that it's diet soda. Add a little frozen fruit to go along with the flavor of your Crystal Light and it's a HUGE hit!
- Add lemons or limes to your water. It freshens up your water without adding a lot of calories. One full lemon's juice is only 12 calories. (My son would love to just eat the lemon that I didn't use)
Where did I go?
Having kids, stress, and life changes make some of us gain weight. This is our blog to feeling better about ourselves! It's not an easy road we are heading down, so this is for support. We are beautiful women, just lost somewhere inside of our bodies that have gotten bigger, much to our dismay. We CAN do this!
